GAIA CHINESE CULINARY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Executive for our fine dining concept in Singapore. You will greet guests, seat them, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure flawless service.

You will manage reservations, handle payments, and maintain impeccable dining room standards while upholding SOPs and SFA hygiene rules. Flexibility with shifts and weekends is required. We offer a 5-day work week, competitive pay, bonuses, and meal benefits, plus annual leave from 14

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in fine dining.
• Experience with preopening teams is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
• Flexible with shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, escort to tables and prepare tables for service.
• Accurately take orders and coordinate with kitchen for accurate fulfillment.
• Take reservations and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Collect payment and perform cashiering duties if required.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness per SOPs and food safety regulations.
• Follow operational SOPs to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge to provide excellent service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

A fine dining Chinese restaurant concept helmed by award-winning Chef. As the Service Executive, we rely on you to:

• Greet customers, escort them to their tables and prepare tables for service efficiently to create a positive dining experience
• Accurately take customer orders and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Take reservations and respond promptly to customers inquires
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Collect payment from customers and perform other cashiering duties if required
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and restaurant in line with SOPs and food hygiene/ safety regulations, such as adherence to SFA's standards
• Follow Operational SOPs consistently to support smooth restaurant operations
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of the restaurant menu and products to provide excellent service
• Any other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who has:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in Fine Dining
• Prior experience working in a preopening team would be advantageous
• Possess strong knowledge in food (relevant cuisine) and beverage
• Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public
