Job summary

Smart Utilities & Infrastructure (Government Sector) is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on security systems including Access Control and CCTV. The role requires troubleshooting faults, testing, software updates, and documenting maintenance activities across customer sites islandwide.

The incumbent will ensure system reliability, assist with spare parts control and lifecycle tracking, and support site improvement works to meet SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• Min. Nitec in Engineering, Electrical, IT, or related disciplines.
• Min. 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in Security Systems or Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Security/Server System/Network equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for security systems (Access Control, CCTV).
• Troubleshoot faults, test, commission, update software, and fix bugs to ensure reliability.
• Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, asset and spare parts management, and documentation.
• Support system reliability and SLA compliance through spare parts control and site works.

• Mon-Fri, Office Hours (Standby duty on rotation basis)


• Ang Mo Kio (Required to travel islandwide to customer sites)


• UP $3800 Basic + Standby Allowance + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and related equipment


• Troubleshoot system faults, carry out testing, commissioning, software updates, and bug fixes to ensure system reliability


• Prepare maintenance reports, service checklists, and support asset, spare parts, and documentation management


• Support system reliability and operations through spare parts control, equipment lifecycle tracking, and site improvement works to ensure SLA compliance

Requirements:

• Min. Nitec in Engineering, Electrical, IT, or related disciplines


• Min. 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in Security Systems, Infrastructure or related industries


• Possess knowledge in Security / Server System / Network equipment will be an advantage
