Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance planner/supervisor to coordinate subcontractors for building automation systems onsite in the West. Hours are 8.30am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site work and standard welfare benefits.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years of experience; knowledge of BMS/PLC/HVAC is a plus. Salary ranges SGD 4,000–5,500 plus allowances and a variable bonus, with excellent welfare and career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; 1-3 years experience.
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned
