Job summary

DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a service engineer to manage customer inquiries, on-site BMS maintenance calls, and provide technical guidance to service teams and subcontractors.

You will help implement department strategies and keep service records up to date for smooth operations. With a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on experience, you will demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and teamwork abilities, and may hold a

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience with BMS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls on BMS maintenance.
• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt resolutions to technical problems.
• Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for product or service issues.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors.
• Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses.
• Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department.
• Understand DSP's Internal Control Guidelines, the relevant policies and procedures pertaining to job function and execute the controls conscientiously.
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:
