Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in the West region of Singapore.

The position focuses on planning and coordinating sub-contractors and manpower to perform maintenance and servicing on BMS/PLC/SCADA systems, with a expected 8.30am–5.30pm workday and Monday to Friday schedule. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years of related experience and knowledge of BMS/PLC/HVAC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for maintenance work
• Supervising & managing sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine checks, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading of systems
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service reports
• Provide technical guidance and engineering solutions to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
