Job summary

DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a technically skilled professional to support customers with on-site service, troubleshooting and preventive guidance for HVAC systems.

You will respond to enquiries, coordinate with service teams and subcontractors, and help drive service initiatives while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely paperwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering completed.
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems.
• Resourceful with analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good team player with the ability to lead and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls.
• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt resolution to technical problems.
• Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for product or service issues.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors.
• Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses.
• Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department.

Requirements
