Job summary

DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a service-oriented professional to handle customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site visits, and to advise on preventive measures and prompt resolutions.

You will provide guidance to service teams and sub-contractors on testing and commissioning, maintain the service information system, and contribute to department strategies, ensuring smooth operation of the service division in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in mechanical engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years' technical experience in air-conditioning/chillers/ACMV or HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player with ability to lead and multitask.
• Class 3 driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls.
• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems.
• Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors.
• Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses.
• Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
