Job summary

Array Engineering & Facilities Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an ACMV/HVAC Technician to provide on-site service and maintenance for customers. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare detailed service reports.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years in building/facilities maintenance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Building/Facilities Maintenance.
• Good knowledge in ACMV/HVAC installation and building management system.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repair works for the air-con.
• On-site preventive servicing and maintenance of air-con.
• Preparation of service reports.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are local SME in facilities. We are looking for ACMV/HVAC Technician

• You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Technician is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running at sites.
• Troubleshooting & repair works for the air-con.
• On-site preventive servicing & maintenance of air-con.
• Preparation of service reports.

• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent,
• Candidate with Higher NITEC/NITEC in Mechanical, Building Services may also be considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building/Facilities Maintenance
• Good knowledge in ACMV/HVAC installation and building management system
• Self-motivated & able to work independently & a team player
• Excellent collaboration & influencing skills
