Job summary

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

• Support semiconductor machine after-sales service, including attending service calls (24/7 standby), preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and installation.
• Support semiconductor machine after-sales service applications and processes.
• Support other machinery and equipment activities under the PCS Department.
• Communicate with customers and provide advice on their requests and/or queries.
• Provide technical training to customers.
• Promote after-sales items, solution business and matching projects to customers.
• Support administrative work related to servicing activities, such as preparing quotations and parts orders.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant engineering experience in a semiconductor process environment, preferably with CD-SEM experience.
• Comfortable handling technical issues, with good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage unexpected situations.
• Ability to conduct classroom or on-the-job training (OJT) on system theory for engineers and customers.
• Ability to work in clean room when required.
• Able to travel frequently and on short notice.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Possess good communication skills.
