Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a hands-on engineer to install, maintain, and service semiconductor manufacturing equipment in customers' fabs. You will ensure smooth operation and liaise with customers to resolve issues.

The role covers preventive maintenance, calibration, fault diagnosis, and process improvements. You will work with Production, Process Engineering, and Equipment teams, while maintaining accurate service records and complying with EHS and cleanroom standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering or related field.
• Experience in machine/equipment maintenance and installation in aerospace, marine or automation sectors.
• Semiconductor equipment servicing, maintenance or troubleshooting experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum or automation systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in semiconductor equipment servicing, maintenance, or troubleshooting is highly suitable.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, or automation systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and support 24/7 production requirements such as standby and shift working arrangement.
