Job summary

M-TECH AIR-CON & SECURITY ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable supervisor to allocate manpower and coordinate installation, maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems across sites. You will provide daily technical guidance to technicians and ensure high workmanship standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing work for quality, attending site surveys and meetings with owners or main contractors, and enforcing safety policies while ensuring timely service delivery.

• Provide daily technical guidance and support to technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship.

• Review and inspect work carried out by technicians to ensure quality and accuracy before and after completion.
• Execute and activate backup support during emergencies or breakdowns after office hours.
• Attend site surveys, tender briefings, and meetings with owners or main contractors.
• Collaborate closely with cross-departments to ensure timely customer order fulfillment and smooth service operations.
• Monitor efficiency of the current team and implement improvements to enhance performance and service quality.
• Provide technical advise and coordination support for service related issues and customer breakdown cases.
• Ensure all works comply with company standards, procedures, safety and health policies.
