Job summary

MECOMB SINGAPORE LIMITED is seeking an on-site maintenance engineer to perform preventive maintenance per schedule and provide ad hoc remedial repairs. You will ensure the systems under maintenance achieve uptime of no less than 98% and meet the service levels expected by customers.

You will conduct pre-delivery inspections, maintain installation base records, and foster strong working relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in relevant engineering fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers.
• Ensure uptime of not less than 98% for systems under maintenance.
• Meet service levels expected by customers/sites assigned.
• Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery.
• Provide preventive maintenance and remedial repair services.
• Maintain customers install base records.
• Maintain good working relations with customers.
• Ensure committed services are delivered and meet customers' expectations.
• Assist in meeting monthly team budget and contribution.
• Liaise with contractors for installation works.
• Support Projects and A&A works as required.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent
