Job summary

POH MENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking a role to prepare tenders for term contracts relating to air-conditioning services, and to create and manage Sales Quotations and Invoices while ensuring timely claims and payments. You will liaise with owners, developers and authorities, manage technical teams to ensure quality and on-time completion of contracts, schedule and dispatch crews, and address customer complaints with corrective and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender for term contracts relating to air-conditioning services
• Create and manage Sales Quotations, Sales Invoices and ensure claim submissions and payments are made promptly
• Liaise with owners, developers and relevant authorities relating to term contracts
• Manage technical team(s) to ensure prompt completion of term contracts with good quality
• Schedule and dispatch technical team by utilising manpower
• Attend to customers' complaints/feedback promptly to resolve air-conditioning issues by reviewing and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Having knowledge and skills on Chilled Water System is advantageous
• Other relevant ad-hoc duties
