Job summary

is seeking an experienced service professional to deliver after-sales service including machine installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, customer support, spare parts coordination, and accurate service reporting. The role requires responding to on-site service calls, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, software, and application issues, and ensuring operational readiness through installation, testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in machinery service, maintenance, or technical support.
• Proven skills in troubleshooting, machine installation, repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
• Effective professional communication for customer interaction and site support.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service calls at customer sites to resolve machine issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and application-related problems on machines.
• Assist in machine installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
• Provide clear technical explanations and support to customers to enhance understanding.
• Coordinate with service administration for quotations, spare parts procurement, and delivery logistics.
• Escalate complex issues to Senior Engineer or Service Manager for timely resolution.
• Prepare detailed service reports and update service status for transparent records.
• Adhere to safety procedures at customer sites and company premises.
• Support overseas branches or regional customers with technical assistance.
• Maintain and organize service tools and update technical knowledge.

• Prepare detailed and accurate service reports and update service status to maintain transparent records
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures at customer sites and company premises to ensure a safe working environment
• Support overseas branches or regional customers by providing technical assistance when required
• Maintain and organize service tools and continuously update technical knowledge to improve service quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in machinery service, maintenance, or technical support
• Proven skills in troubleshooting, machine installation, repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance
• Effective professional communication skills for customer interaction, site support, and service follow-up
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken
