Job summary

SYSPEX TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a service technician to install, commission, and test food processing and packaging equipment in Singapore.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, and provide on-site support to customers. Travel to client sites is required, and you will document service activities and liaise with internal teams for parts and information.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with servicing industrial equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and servicing work.

Job description

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in servicing industrial, food processing, or packaging equipment (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude may be considered).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, installations and servicing work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• MUST posses a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
