Tap Growth ai is seeking a customer‑focused ServiceDesk Engineer/Call Centre professional for our Singapore office. You will deliver technical support, resolve user issues, and ensure service delivery within a structured office environment.

Role requires responding to enquiries via multiple channels, basic troubleshooting of IT systems, and following documented procedures. Work from office with 12‑hour rotating shifts in Depot Road, Singapore.

Qualifikationen

• IT support knowledge is a major plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Aufgaben

• Respond to incoming enquiries via call, email, webchat, IVR, and monitoring consoles.
• Perform 1st level troubleshooting of Workplace, Server, and Network systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 and security edge services.
• Monitor security events and server/network performance.
• Handle password resets and account unlocks.
• Log and route incidents to higher tiers or Resolver Teams.
• Record all transactions/cases in the Service Management System.
• Broadcast notifications to relevant parties and provide timely status updates.
• Ensure daily tasks follow Standard Operating Procedures.
