Qualifications

• Customer service experience in F&B preferred.
• Food Safety & Hygiene certification (SFA Level 1) preferred or sponsored.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant F&B experience, preferably in Chinese cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to maintain service quality.

• Process takeaway orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
• Clean and sanitize dining and service areas to uphold hygiene standards.
• Replenish and stock supplies to ensure smooth service operations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards and procedures strictly to ensure compliance.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support team operations.

Required competencies and certifications

• Location: 26 Liang Seah St, Singapore 210684


• Working hours: 5.5 days, 44 hours per week


• Shift 1: 11am - 3pm with 2 hours break, then 3pm - 11pm


• Shift 2: 5pm - 5am with 2 hours break


• Salary: $3000 - $3200
