Job summary

SAKE LABO PTE. LTD. invites applicants for a full-time F&B service role across multiple locations in Singapore. You will provide smooth, courteous service, present menus and recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining inventory and standards.

With 1+ year in F&B, a valid food safety certificate, and flexibility to work weekends/public holidays, you will thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment that values training and incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
• Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period preferred.
• Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides smooth and efficient service at the Restaurant ensuring that standards are always met
• Presents menu/drinks list, answers inquiries and provides recommendations to guests after assessing their needs and preferences
• Strives to provide excellent quality service to all guests
• Takes guest orders and serves without unnecessary delay
• Be familiar with and have good knowledge of the Outlet's Menu
• Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies
• Clears and resets counters or tables
• Ensures all glasses are well polished
• Assists in stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record
• Standard service duties
