Job summary

TWENTY EIGHT CAFE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Outlet Assistant/ supervisor for our Singapore outlet. The role involves supporting the manager in daily operations and engaging guests to elevate the dining experience.

You will help ensure staff grooming, attire, and efficiency while participating in monthly stock takes and handling additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in F&B.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with daily outlet operations.
• Engage with guests to understand preferences and feedback.
• Ensure service staff are groomed, attired and efficient.
• Involve in monthly stock takes.
