Job summary

TLG GOURMET PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated F&B team member in Singapore to greet guests, take orders, and serve meals and beverages with warmth and efficiency. The role requires courteous service, accurate cash handling, and a proactive approach to guest feedback.

You will work in a fast-paced dining environment, support opening/closing duties, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
• Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Restock and replenish service items as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
