TWENTY EIGHT CAFE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable outlet supervisor to assist the manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth service during shifts and a welcoming guest experience.

You will engage with guests to understand preferences, help maintain grooming standards, participate in stock takes, and support the team with multi-tasking and prioritising responsibilities in a busy F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience in F&B industry.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
• Great interpersonal skill and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with daily outlet operations.

• Ensure service staff are groomed, attired and efficient.
