MCBISTRO PTE. LTD. is hiring front-of-house staff to warmly greet guests, take orders, and serve meals and drinks with a focus on excellent service. You will handle payments and maintain tidy service areas while supporting the team in a fast-paced dining environment.

Weekend and public holiday shifts are required; previous F&B experience is preferred and a positive, team-oriented attitude is essential to success.

Formación

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
• Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions
• Restock and replenish service items as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
