Job summary

THE LATTE BAKES PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly server to deliver warm, attentive service from greeting to farewell. You will guide customers through the menu, offer recommendations, handle reservations, and ensure timely food and beverage service.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean dining areas, processing orders via POS, and supporting opening/closing duties. Must communicate effectively with the team and manage guest needs in a fast-paced setting.

• Report to the managers
• Deliver warm and attentive service to all customers, from greeting to farewell.
• Guide customers through the menu, offering recommendations when needed.
• Staying attentive to the needs of the guests in the dining area
• Serving food & beverages to guests
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining areas.
• Preparation of service duties
• Support daily opening and closing duties (shift)
• Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
• Assist with setting and clearing table for various meal period
• Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty
• Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
• Able to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Other ah-how duties assigned by upper level.
