Job summary

The Latte Bakes is seeking a friendly and capable team member to deliver warm, attentive service to guests, from greeting to farewell. You will guide guests through the menu, take orders via POS, and ensure smooth dining experiences.

This role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, handling reservations, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Report to the managers.
• Deliver warm and attentive service to all customers from greeting to farewell.
• Guide customers through the menu, offering recommendations when needed.
• Stay attentive to guests in the dining area.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining areas.
• Prepare service duties.
• Assist with opening and closing duties (shift).
• Process customer orders via POS system.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of items.
• Assist with setting and clearing tables for various meal periods.
• Escalate customer feedback to the manager on duty.
• Follow hygiene practices per food & beverage safety standards.
• Able to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by upper level.

• Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
• Assist with setting and clearing table for various meal period
• Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty
• Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
• Able to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Other ah-how duties assigned by upper level.
