Job summary

Lazy Lizard PTE. LTD. is seeking enthusiastic hospitality staff to join our team across Singapore. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, manage reservations, and assist with takeaway calls to ensure smooth service across multiple locations.

We value guest satisfaction, fast service, and a friendly attitude. Training is provided, and you will work at one of several busy outlets, with shift patterns designed to accommodate peak hours and family-friendly dining.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle phone calls to manage reservations and takeaway orders efficiently
• Assist with table management to optimize seating arrangements and increase table turnover rates
• Respond promptly to guest requests and monitor customer needs to enhance their dining experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager to support daily operations
