Job summary

SAKURAYA FOODS PTE LTD is seeking cheerful restaurant service crew to support daily operations at 313 @ Somerset, Singapore. You will prepare the dining area, assist customers with ordering, deliver meals, answer questions about services and menus, and help keep the venue clean and welcoming.

Role focuses on delivering polite, efficient service, welcoming guests, settling them in, handling queries, and maintaining tidy spaces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for opening and closing
• Help customers to settle down and advise on ordering system
• Serve food to customers in an effective and polite manner
• Answer customers' questions about services, menus, offers or other product inquiries
• Clean tables after customers have left and clearing empty/unwanted dishes
• Assist kitchen staff whenever required
• Welcome and bid farewell to customers as they enter/ leave the restaurant
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of retail shelves
