Job summary

Kopitiam Investment Pte Ltd is hiring for Basic Food Preparation and Service roles in Singapore. You will greet customers, prepare food to specifications, know the menu and promotions, and upsell products while using POS and other devices. Emphasis on speed, accuracy, and teamwork.

This position requires strong customer service, good communication, and adaptability. Working hours include 6 days per week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and a focus on hygiene and safe

• Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service

• Prepare food according to specifications and required standards

• Perform duties with speed and accuracy

Food Safety, Hygiene and Safe Work Environment

• Observe all food safety regulations by wearing gloves, face mask, hair net, and safety boots when handling food

• Practice personal grooming and hygiene (e.g. clean uniform, short nails, tied-up hair)

• Maintain cleanliness and working condition of the kitchen, equipment, crockery and utensils
