Job summary

GIC THOMSON PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Crew member to join our fast-paced dining team in Singapore. You will greet customers, take orders, process payments, prepare items, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.

We value teamwork, strong communication, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Prior experience is welcome but on-the-job training is provided.

Customer Service:

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly attitude, answer basic questions, and ensure that each guest has a positive experience.

Order Taking & Processing:

• Accurately take orders, handle cash or electronic transactions, and deliver orders in a timely manner.

Food Preparation & Service:

• Assist with preparing menu items (if applicable), assembling orders, and ensuring that food is served according to quality and hygiene standards.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

• Keep the work area, dining space, and service counters clean and organized. This includes regular cleaning tasks and restocking supplies.

Team Support:

• Work collaboratively with fellow crew members and supervisors to maintain service flow, resolve any issues, and adapt to busy periods.
