Job summary

SARAI RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-focused team member to assist in daily restaurant operations in Singapore. You will take orders, set tables, handle billing, and provide recommendations to guests with a professional and hospitable approach.

The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily service operations which include the taking of orders, table setting, billing and etc
• Provide recommendations appropriately
• Direct customers to their tables
• Attend to customers’ needs promptly and professionally
• Adhere to safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant
• Assist in cleaning duties
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager
