Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking a guest-focused hospitality professional to deliver attentive service from arrival to departure. You will set tables, explain menu items, handle orders in the POS system, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, maintains professional presentation, and remains calm under pressure while supporting the wider team during busy periods.

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service from arrival to departure.
• Set and reset tables, maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, allergens and suitable recommendations clearly.
• Take accurate orders and enter them efficiently into the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to deliver food and beverages at the right time.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests or concerns professionally.
• Process payments and billing accurately and discreetly.
• Support opening and closing activities, food hygiene and teamwork during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous F&B service experience; at least two years in an upscale restaurant or premium café is strongly preferred.
