Job summary

Ten-League Corporations Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of heavy equipment and information to customers. You will coordinate work processes, liaise with engineers and distributors, and support daily service operations on site.

The role requires a Diploma in Administration, Engineering or Customer Service with 2–3 years of experience in operations or customer service coordination; strong communication and interpersonal skills are

• 2–3 years of experience in operations or customer service coordination.
• Familiar with heavy equipment products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work processes and information to ensure timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customers.
• Ensure smooth running of daily service operation and resolve on-site operational issues and customer service level satisfaction.
• Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, and internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and mechanics on follow-up updates of service calls and job delivery.
• Assist with raising Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices.
• Liaise with existing customers and handle enquiries and feedback.
• Build good relationships with management, team and customers.

Job description

7. Build good relationship with the management, team and customers.
   

Requirements:

• Familiar with heavy equipment products will be an advantage
• Possess good communication with good interpersonal skills
