Job summary

Powerplus Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Service & Fleet Coordinator to organize technician schedules, service and rental activity, and documentation. You will prepare quotations, track equipment movements, and maintain accurate records for customers and internal teams.

About the role

The Service & Fleet Coordinator is responsible for coordinating technician schedules, service and repair activities, customer repair quotations, rental fleet movements, and delivery and collection documentation. The role ensures that service jobs and rental equipment movements are properly planned, monitored, documented, and communicated to customers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and arrange daily and weekly technician schedules
• Assign technicians for breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance and inspections
• Coordinate service appointments and site attendance with customers
• Monitor service job progress and ensure work is completed within the required schedule
• Prepare quotations for equipment repairs, servicing, spare parts and labour
• Follow up with customers for quotation approval and work authorization
• Monitor the location, availability and operating status of all rental equipment
• Track equipment movement between customers, project sites, warehouse and workshop
• Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) for equipment deliveries and Collection Orders (CO) for equipment collections
• Maintain service, repair, rental and fleet movement records

About you

• Minimum Diploma, technical qualification or equivalent
• Relevant experience in heavy equipment, forklifts, construction equipment, rental fleet operations, workshop coordination or after-sales service is preferred
• Good planning, scheduling, coordination and customer communication skills
• Basic technical understanding of equipment repair and maintenance
• Able to prepare service and repair quotations accurately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and email communication
• Able to maintain accurate service, rental and fleet movement records
• Able to handle multiple service jobs, equipment movements and customer requests simultaneously
• Responsible, organized and able to follow up on outstanding matters independently
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with technicians, customers, transporters, sales personnel and management
