Job summary

TEN-LEAGUE CORPORATIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage the daily service flow and ensure timely delivery of equipment. You will liaise with customers, distributors and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.

The role involves coordinating orders, delivery, and invoicing, plus building strong relationships with customers and management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Administration / Engineering / Customer Service.
• 2-3 years of experience in operation / customer service coordination.
• Familiar with heavy equipment products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work process and information to ensure timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customer.
• Ensure smooth running of daily service operation and resolve on-site operational issues and customer service level satisfaction.
• Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Work with engineers and mechanics on follow-up updates of service calls and job delivery.
• Assist with raising of Purchase Order to Supplier, Delivery Order and Invoice.
• Liaise with existing customer and handle customer enquiries and feedback.
• Build good relationship with the management, team and customers.
