Job summary

Somma Restaurant, part of The Lo and Behold Group, is seeking a hospitality teammate who will directly influence the guest experience by upholding the highest service standards, preparing the restaurant for opening and closing, and assisting at the pass to present dishes.

You will explain ingredients, attend to guests between courses, and collaborate with the station-in-charge to ensure every guest's needs are met; a culture of curiosity and care is encouraged, with strong incentives and

• Proactively ensuring guest experience is delivered to the highest standards

• Readily stand by at the pass, pick up dishes which are ready to be presented to the guest

• Assisting station-in-charge to ensure that all guests’ needs are met, and attend to tables in between courses
• Go above and beyond to make someone else's day
