Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT service management, governance, and related areas.
• Proven senior leadership experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Strong governance, reporting, and vendor management capabilities.
• Experience creating strategy papers, executive briefings, and management communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Assurance team with governance, performance oversight, and reporting.
• Develop and mature service assurance frameworks, SLAs, and audit readiness.
• Oversee risk management, vendor governance, software procurement, and license management.
• Drive ISO 20000, ISMS, audits, and compliance activities.
• Communicate complex information to senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
