ST Telemedia Global Data Centres in Singapore is seeking a Manager (Service Assurance) to lead operational excellence across data centres in Southeast and Northeast Asia. You will be responsible for driving performance and supporting compliance with various ISO standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience, including 3 years in a data centre environment and relevant ISO certifications. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a Data Centre environment.
• ISO Lead/Internal Auditor certification (ISO 27001, 22301, 20000-1, or 50001) with hands-on audit experience.
• Self-driven with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the performance of key operational processes to achieve continuous improvement.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits for various ISO standards.
• Support the deployment of IT tools for process automation and performance reporting.
