Job summary

Singapore Airlines Limited is seeking an experienced network engineer to own the architecture, design, and operation of the data centre network across the SIA Group. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security while reducing toil through automation and AI-enabled operations.

You will lead incident response, drive changes, implement zero trust controls, and collaborate with vendors to maintain service reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on network operations/engineering in a multi-vendor environment.
• Strong DC networking fundamentals; routing/switching, troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident/problem/change management and RCA.
• Ability to automate processes and build automations quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for core DC networking and connectivity.
• Lead incident response, RCA and change execution with risk assessments.
• Design automation using Ansible, Python, and APIs.
• Support security posture, micro-segmentation and Zero Trust controls.
• Collaborate with vendors and track SLA adherence.
