Job summary

Singtel Group in Singapore is seeking an Associate Director, Service Delivery to lead multiple account delivery teams and ensure delivery against contractual obligations. Qualifications

• 8–10 years working in enterprise-scale IT environment or 15 years in a senior delivery role
• ITIL Foundation certification required
• Proven experience coordinating with executive stakeholders (CxOs, VPs, IT Heads)

Responsibilities

• Drive service delivery to meet and exceed contractual SLA commitments
• Lead delivery teams and manage 3rd party partners/vendors
• Manage financials and cost of delivery across the service portfolio
• Engage with Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities
