Job summary

Lion City Rentals Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a service coordinator to greet customers, schedule service appointments, and document repair details. You will ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and accurate problem translation for technicians.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, writing job orders, and following up to meet estimated completion times. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can start immediately on site at No 4 Jalan

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, as well as take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Fast and meticulous worker with an eye for detail.
• Can-do attitude and positive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction & 3CX or Linkus calls answered.
• Documenting customers concerns and comments.
• Writing job orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
• Inspect car for bodywork damages/dents, tyres, and check light in vehicle.
• Translating customers' repair problems into standard repair terminology.
• Explaining and estimate time needed for repairs and cost estimates to customers.
• Handling customer complaints.
• Inspects work completed by mechanics.
• Follow up on job orders to ensure ETC (Estimated time of completion) is met.
• To cover duties of colleagues when required.
• To close job card in a timely manner.
