Job summary

OPTIMA (DC) SOLUTIONS & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive service coordinator to handle customer inquiries, provide quotations for service repairs, and coordinate repair activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor repair progress, keep customers updated on issues, liaise with service operation staff and technicians, and manage spare parts inventory while assisting in planning and allocation of service resources to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• 1. Handling of customers complaints and issues
• 2. Provide quotations for all service repair works
• 3. Monitor the progress of repair/service and keep customers updated on the repair service issues
• 4. Liaise with Service operation/technicians for all repair/customer service issues
• 5. Liaise with suppliers for parts purchases and assist in inventory of spare parts
• 6. Assist Operation Manager/Director in all service related matters, including the planning and allocation of service resources
• 7. Coordinate with customers for technical issues to meet customer technical requirements
