Job summary

LIGHTVERSE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Service Advisor (Automotive) to greet customers, understand vehicle service needs, and accurately document recommended services with clear benefits.

You will provide transparent estimates, update customers on repair status, and communicate between customers and technicians to ensure timely, quality service. A minimum NITEC with 2 years in automotive is required; MS Excel skills and a team oriented, detail‑driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in related course with at least 2 years of relevant automotive experience.
• Equivalent professional certifications with relevant experience are welcomed.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Able to learn new tasks and skills quickly.
• Flexible, friendly, helpful nature & team player.

Service Advisor (Automotive)

Salary:

$3500 - $5000 (Basic salary + attractive commissions and incentives)

Job duties:

• Deliver excellent customer care, warmly welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle service needs.
• Accurately document and explain recommended services, repairs, and their benefits to customers.
• Provide transparent estimates on repair costs and timelines to ensure customer trust.
• Proactively follow up with customers to update on their vehicle status and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify necessary maintenance or repairs
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and efficient repairs
• Promote service and value-add offers (e.g. maintenance packages, car body care services) to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Job requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in a related course of study with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive field.
• Equivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience are welcomed too.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel

Working hours:

5.5 days
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday - 8.30am to 12.30pm
