Job summary

Triangle Auto Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Commercial Vehicle front desk officer to attend to customers at frontline and via phone, and to generate quotations for repairs. You will translate customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians and handle invoicing and payments.

You will also maintain customer records and enter data into computer systems, while working as part of a team to deliver quality service. Willingness to work at Tuas is required.
