You will translate repair issues into standard terminology for mechanics, explain time and cost estimates to customers, and follow up to ensure completion on schedule. Based at No 4 Jalan Besut, Singapore, this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to start

• Write detailed job orders describing vehicle problems and required repairs
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork damages, dents, tyre conditions, and lighting functionality
• Translate customers' repair issues into standard repair terminology for mechanics
• Explain repair processes, time estimates, and cost estimates clearly to customers
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions
• Inspect completed work by mechanics to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow up on job orders to ensure estimated time of completion (ETC) is met
• Cover colleagues' duties as needed to maintain workflow continuity
• Close job cards promptly to finalize service documentation
