Job summary

HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Administrator focused on parts and service administration within an industrial environment. The role coordinates all administrative functions and the Service Division's business needs, from receiving service requests to final delivery.

You will support customers, manage service orders in FSM, generate SAP requisitions, and help engineers with logistics, billing, and compliance, in a diverse, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business administration, management, or related field preferred.
• 1 year or less experience in customer service or administration.
• Understanding of administrative processes and relevant software tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full cycle of service execution and administration.
• Generate SAP requisitions and create Service Orders in the FSM backend.
• Support customers and maintain relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and streamline administrative processes and reporting.
