Job summary

Wearehuman8 is seeking an Insight Manager in Singapore to lead quantitative, qualitative and community research projects under Senior Research Managers. You will own multiple small projects, drive activity design, fieldwork, analysis and reporting, while strengthening cross-department collaboration.

You will act as a capable moderator, translating client needs into project designs and delivering commercially savvy insights with strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., social science, psychology, business, or economics).
• At least 5–7 years of professional market research experience.

Responsibilities

• Project owner for several smaller tactical projects with minimal direction.
• Lead on designing data capture approaches and activities.
• Moderate fieldwork and interpret unspoken insights beyond interview responses.
• Design analysis plans and briefing materials for internal and client use.
• Create client-ready reports with conclusions and recommendations.
