Job summary

Nomura Research Institute Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Management Consultant at Senior to Manager level to lead research and strategy projects in a client-facing role. The position emphasizes deep industry knowledge, project design and execution, and stakeholder relationship management.

You will also engage in business development activities, including targeting potential clients, crafting proposals, and driving project closures, with opportunities to collaborate with HQ and SEA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Advanced degree may be advantageous for this role.
• 3–5 years of consulting project experience in research & strategy is expected.
• Experience in hypothesis-based research and go-to-market strategies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead management consulting projects related to research and strategy development.
• Conduct research and analysis to develop proposals and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews with subject experts and client stakeholders.
• Lead project workstreams and provide on-the-job training when needed.
• Support business development through client targeting and proposal preparation.
