Senior Consultant — Workforce Transformation Leader

Job summary

Infosys Singapore & Australia is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead workforce transformation initiatives in APAC. The role focuses on enabling world-class employee experiences, organisation change management, and agile ways of working across client projects.

You will oversee multiple projects, mentor teams from analyst to senior levels, develop service offerings, and help shape go-to-market strategies while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience (preferably 10 years of consulting experience).
• Experience across Organisation Change Management, Future of Workforce, Agile Organisation, HR Strategy.
• Ability to provide consultancy services around employee experience and journeys in the People and Organisation space.
• Experience implementing People solutions in technology-related projects, M&A and complex initiatives.
• Experience in growing a practice and leading groups of people from analysts to senior roles.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Nice to have: Mandarin language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation projects and deliver client solutions across pillars.
• Provide oversight and lead teams to output high-quality work on multiple projects.
• Manage program and project delivery for workforce transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to practice development and go-to-market initiatives.
