Job summary

Visier Inc. is a global leader in Workforce Intelligence, powering HR decision-making with AI-driven insights. As part of the Solution Consulting team, you’ll evangelize Visier’s capabilities and articulate value to prospective buyers, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You will help drive discovery, present compelling demos, and ensure accurate translation of client needs into actionable proposals, while acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.

• Coordinate client requirements with the Delivery team.
• Propose and manage RFIs and RFPs.
• Become a Visier solution expert for workforce transformation.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.
