Job summary

Visier, a global leader in Workforce Intelligence, is hiring a Solution Consultant to drive adoption of Visier’s Workforce Intelligence solutions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to evangelize and articulate value, creating demo content and delivering compelling presentations to prospective buyers.

You will work with CIOs and CHROs, shape proposals, and become the go-to expert on workforce transformation and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in planning and analytics, and/or in people-related analytics or workforce planning.
• 8+ years in a pre-sales solution consultant or similar customer-facing role.
• Background in business intelligence, data warehousing, and knowledge of AI technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable delivering stage presentations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with a cloud SaaS vendor is desirable.
• Comfortable engaging with CIOs and CHROs at senior levels.
• Strong initiative and results-driven attitude.

As part of the Visier Solution Consulting team, you’ll be helping to drive the adoption of Visier’s Workforce Intelligence solutions. The Visier Solution Consulting team helps organizations answer questions that shape business strategy, provide the impetus for taking action, and drive better business results and workforce transformation. As a solution consultant, you will be working closely with various stakeholders like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, to evangelize, influence, and articulate the value of workforce intelligence and Visier’s solutions to prospective buyers.

What you'll be doing...

• Collaborative Discovery: In partnership with the sales team, help with discovery to understand the client’s pains as well as current applications and data landscape.

• Value Proposition: Explain Visier’s differentiation and value proposition compared to what’s possible with traditional BI solutions, homegrown systems, competitor solutions, or Core HR systems

• Content Creation: Create demo content that aligns to the customer's needs.

• Presentations & Demos: Deliver world-class presentations and demos where you explain and show how Visier solutions can meet their needs and transform their organization.

• Cross-Functional Communication: Ensure successful and thorough communication of the client’s requirements to the Visier customer success (Delivery) team.

• Proposal Management: Act as the responsible party for the solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Become a Visier solution expert. Understand and explain how Visier helps organisations with workforce transformation and strategic workforce planning—and be the go-to person for all things solutions-related.

• Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to both the customer as well as our internal teams.

What you'll bring to the table...

• Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience in planning and analytics, and/or in the people-related analytics such as employee engagement analytics, talent acquisition analytics, workforce transformation, or strategic workforce planning.

• Pre-Sales Experience: 8+ years of experience as a pre-sales solution consultant, or a similar field-based customer-facing position.

• Technical Background: Some background experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and knowledge of AI technology.

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. You need to be a rockstar in front of customers, comfortable delivering stage presentations at major events, and able to instill understanding and confidence in our solution and approach to a potentially skeptical audience.

• Time & Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Industry Experience: Experience with a cloud SaaS vendor is desirable.

• Executive Presence: Comfortable working with, advisory to, and presenting to senior and C-level audiences, specifically engaging with both CIOs and CHROs.

• Drive: Strong initiative and a self-motivated, results-oriented attitude.
