Job summary

Visier, a global leader in Workforce Intelligence, is hiring a Solution Consultant to drive adoption of Visier’s Workforce Intelligence solutions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to evangelize and articulate value, creating demo content and delivering compelling presentations to prospective buyers.

You will work with CIOs and CHROs, shape proposals, and become the go-to expert on workforce transformation and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in planning and analytics, and/or in people-related analytics or workforce planning.
• 8+ years in a pre-sales solution consultant or similar customer-facing role.
• Background in business intelligence, data warehousing, and knowledge of AI technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable delivering stage presentations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with a cloud SaaS vendor is desirable.
• Comfortable engaging with CIOs and CHROs at senior levels.
• Strong initiative and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to discover client pains and data landscape.
• Explain Visier's value proposition vs traditional BI or homegrown systems.
• Create demo content aligned to customer needs.
• Deliver world-class presentations and demos showing Visier's solutions.
• Communicate client requirements to delivery team.
• Lead solution proposals for RFIs and RFPs.
• Become a Visier solutions expert and trusted advisor for customers.
